Bank Of Canada May Go Back To Sovereign, Debt Free Money.

CLARIFICATION: The court ruled that the Committee on Monetary and Economic Reform (COMER) has the right to sue the Bank of Canada for deviating from their original mandate of debt-free finance. The Bank had previously claimed the issue could not even be questioned in a lawsuit.
