Only a few years ago, no patriot would have ever suggested the slightest risk to our treasured national parks. But now there is the special-interests-crazed 114th Congress. Shame.

Support for the environment was once a bipartisan affair. Democrats and Republicans came together to create the first Earth Day in 1970.

No longer. Backed by more than $720 million from coal, oil and gas companies, the new Republican-led Congress is advancing an aggressive anti-environmental agenda that puts our country’s priceless natural resources and treasured open spaces at risk. Here are the three biggest threats to America’s public lands and waters in the 114th Congress.
