London Science Museum Is Target of BP Protests

A poignant protest from outer space.

Last night, after getting the good news about Tate, the Science Museum became the target of anti-BP action. BP has been sponsoring the “Cosmonauts” exhibition – so we decided to project images from space of BP’s Gulf of Mexico spill onto the museum…

A member of staff who helped get the money from BP happened to be passing and agreed with us – BP has “always been a filthy company”. Check out this short film of our projection protest and share if you agree that it’s time the Science Museum – like Tate – broke up with BP for good!

This projection protest was a collaboration between BP or not BP?, Progressive Science Institute and Feral X

What a disgrace. It was probably equal to Fukushima in consequence.

It’s amazing how fossil fuel companies can support science and yet spread climate change denial. When We the People accept their tainted dollars, we share in their guilt.
