  • Looks yummy. I’m a big fan of turmeric. It adds great color and a subtle curry-like spice to food. My diet has shifted dramatically over the years away from meat and towards beans and whole grains. I recently started using quinoa which is almost indistinguishable from couscous, but probably more healthier.
