      • We made a rule early on to only use faux meat as a last resort. Main reason was we wanted to change our culture regarding ‘good’ food and expectations… beyond that… Soy is done in moderation only… (it’s a phytoestrogen)… if you eat only faux meat not only is it uber processed… but that’s a lot of soy.

        Skillet hash (potatoes onions and ground beef – lean of course) was a fave… we like the light life brand of ground faux meat (and the hotdogs taste just like turkey dogs!)
