I order moussaka at a good Greek restaurant at every chance, but have yet to make it myself. This recipe video from Whole Foods is changing that. “Slow-Cooker Vegetarian Moussaka” with eggplant, potatoes, and gently spiced béchamel cream sauce looks better than any version of moussaka I’ve eaten so far!
