Bernie Sanders 2020 Campaign Ad
Written by JoAnn Chateau

Will Bernie Sanders run for President in 2020? I don’t know. But unofficial campaign ads are beginning to crop up. Here’s the inspiring Land of the Free, Home of the Brave ad from video artist Raúl Andrés.

Sorry, folks. The original video is gone. Watch Bernie Sanders 2020 from Raúl Andrés instead.

  • I pray the people who voted for trump face reality, admit their horrendous mistake and make the cmpassionate decision to allow the entire country to evolve beyond the suicidal embracing of hate. We need to impeach trump (to completely invalidate his presence in our government), change course and elect an intelligent and compassionate person (like Bernie Sanders) to lead the country.

      • It’s the way the human mind works. We base our “possibilities” on what has come before. If Eisenhower, merely a war hero figurehead, hadn’t been president, Ronnie Raygun might not have been considered “presidential.” If Reagan hadn’t been president, Bush Sr. wouldn’t have been able to ride his coattails into the White House and George II wouldn’t have been considered “presidential.” It’s possible that if the idiot, and completely unqualified, George II hadn’t been elected TWICE, trump might have had more difficulty making it through the primaries. If a trump presidency is allowed to stand without impeachment it would drag the concept of what a “leader” should be probably as low as it could possibly go. Just saying…

      • While I agree with what you’re saying, I’m not talking about the short term. The political pendulum swings back and forth between centrist and right wing as well as between different levels of intellect, but we need to be careful in allowing people of very low intelligence (for example, Reagan & George W. Bush) or very low morals (too many to mention). trump is likely a new low in both traits. He is a sexist, vehement racist, economic terrorst and a sexual predator. To not impeach him is tacit support of allowing someone this despicable to remain president and the long term ramifications of this are staggering.

Thanks for engaging me on this. Sorry if I appear to be a pitbull on the issue. 😆

    • I heard an excellent analysis on the BBC this morning from Chatham House (a foreign policy think tank). She says the recent tax cut bill is going to hit Trump supporters the hardest and will cut a big dent in his support.
