Still Life of Holiday Ornaments and Rose

Dear Community, Friends, Readers & Visitors ~

May the peace and joy of The Season be with you.
For those of the Christian persuasion: Merry Christmas!
For those celebrating the Jewish way: Happy Hanukkah!
For the celebration of African heritage: Happy Kwanzaa!
In the Northern Hemisphere? Happy Winter Solstice!
For Southerners: Happy December Solstice!
For all: A very Happy New Year!

We celebrate, together, the joy and purpose of living. We are aware that the Dark of Winter germinates great things to come. We remember that unity builds integrity and strength — and that we can pull off any good thing!

~ With warmest regards and intentions, JoAnn (smile) & Chester (tail and body wag)

… … …

[That should cover everybody, and just about anything, Chester… What?… Oh… uh-oh… OK, I’ll tell them.]

… … …

Chinese New Year…

Chester says to watch out for Chinese New Year, which will be celebrated on February 16, 2018, and begins the Year of the Dog. On that date, if you can evenly divide your age by 12 — you are a Dog (according to Chinese astrology).

Guess what? It is not your lucky year, Dog. Here’s what you need to do:

Wear red underwear.

Wear it every day, until the Year of the Dog ends. It should protect you from evil spirits and bad fortune. It would also be more auspicious, dear Human Dogs, to please ask for several red underwear sets as Winter Holiday gifts, or else, get a big bottle of cologne!

Peace & Goodwill
