Between the Arizona and Florida primaries yesterday, another 25 progressive candidates are advancing to the General Election. As of August 29th, that brings us to a total of 338 progressive candidates to vote for on November 6th — and to support until then. (If you care to donate a few dollars to Our Revolution, it will help many progressive candidates around the nation.)
One of the biggest progressive wins of the entire primary season occurred in Florida, where Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillium won the Democratic nomination for governor.
Tonight, we proved what's possible when people come together & show up to build FL into a better state for all. I'm truly honored to represent people across the state as the Democratic nominee — and I promise to stand up for everyday Floridians and the issues that matter most. pic.twitter.com/zC19uMBIer
