I very often take advantage of free high-quality images from Pixabay, Unsplash, and Wikimedia Commons. In fact, the image used in the Progressive Graffiti header is from a Carol M. Highsmith photograph I found at Wikimedia.

The photo beautifully captures the 1997 Robert Graham sculpture “Social Programs” on display at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial in Washington D.C. The work is comprised of five 6′ X 6′ bronze panels that pay tribute to the 54 social programs that were launched by FDR’s New Deal.
